A Client for over 5 years, Marty’s Event Planning works alongside the school administration to plan several events during the course of a school year.
• Annual Student Directory – selling advertisements for the directory.
• Annual Holiday Party – plan a themed party celebrating the holidays with special music, food and gift giving.
• Annual Golf Tournament – an opportunity for the school community to support the school while having a great day on the greens. From working with the golf course, selling foursomes, acquiring sponsorship’s, being on site the day of, collecting raffle items, etc.
• Annual Teacher Gala – celebrating teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week, this event is a formal night out with spouses, guests and family to honor the staff with awards and appreciation. It’s an evening to commemorate and remember the many children that were influenced by the staff.

Special Event: Christmas in Central Park!

If you have always wanted to enjoy Christmas in Central Park, but just can’t get there, allow Marty’s Event Planning to bring Central Park to you!
Creating an evening of fun and imagination was our job. A backyard lent itself to creating the atmosphere of being in New York with all the trimmings!

A 14ft. Christmas tree was brought in for the teachers to decorate, fire pits, outdoor seating areas, a large backdrop of central park framed the sleigh that was on snow for pictures. A variety of outdoor games and Tavern on the Green was designed for food, drinks and desserts.

Christmas carolers strolled and sang to the guests followed by live music for everyone’s dancing pleasure.
The evening was one of excitement and fun for the teachers and staff of SanTan Charter School. Marty’s Event Planning is the expert in details and bringing things to life for any party or event.
